Sand and sandbags are available to Wheatland residents at the City Corporation Yard located at 208 Fourth Street between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Bring your own shovel, sandbag filling is self service.
